18.11.10-Moment after moment

My wife and I have been getting up earlier than usual in order to have plenty of time for our practice in the morning and I am very glad for that. Its very important not to feel rushed or pressured to finish a meditation by a certain time. Even if one gives oneself enough time, it is better to have the luxury not to have to consider the time at all.

I have been feeling wonderfully clear and Lucid today. It has been very interesting to compare the state of mind that I had at the beginning of the week with the state I maintained today. It has really highlighted once again how the foundation of a Lucid Life is very likely the foundation of every spiritual practice. It is interesting and useful to have a model for interpreting the world, but in the end only one thing is necessary to be free and complete: Moment after moment, be Present here and now.

Concentrate… every instant, consume yourself fully in everything you do. In so doing you will see that you are not really doing anything- things are simply happening, as they should, as they must.

Goodnight,

Kikta
